Skills Champs 2009 competition terms and conditions.

	1.		By taking part in the competition all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
	2.		Full details about the competition are available on www.ftchampuk.com/skillschamp and entrants must comply with all of the competitions requirements.
	3.		All entrants must send an email to skillschamp@ftchampsuk.com containing their name and age with their video attached. All entries must be submitted by 25th August 2009. Videos should not exceed 1 minute in length and should be no larger than 10mb.
	4.		One entrant will be selected to be the Skills Champ by a judging panel including Billy Wingrove, the four weekly winners will be selected by the Promoters. The decision of the judging panel regarding the selection of the winner will be final and the Promoter will not enter into any correspondence about it.
	5.		Entries are not limited to one per person and the final winner will not be limited to the four weekly winners.
	6.		The Promoter reserves the right to feature the first names and ages of all entrants and overall winner for the purpose of this promotion only. No other details of entrants will be shared or published.
	7.		Any video content of an inappropriate, illegal, offensive or defamatory nature will be deleted instantly and the entrant will be automatically disqualified.
	8.		The competition is open to UK citizens only and entrants must be aged 16 or under by the competition closing date of 25th August 2009.
	9.		All entrants should have permission from a parent or guardian prior to entry.
	10.		The major football event is to be confirmed by the promoter and the promoter holds the right to decide the date and location.
	11.		The Skills Champs prize includes travel costs for the winner and one accompanying guardian for the major football event.
	12.		All entrants must co-operate fully with the Promoter and their agents in making arrangements. Failure to do so may render the prize void.
	13.		No cash alternative and the prizes are non-transferable.
	14.		The closing date is as specified in the relevant competition. Winners will be formally notified within 21 days of the closing date via the email address provided. You then have 14 days to provide contact details (if not already provided) or the prize may be re-allocated.
	15.		The competition is not open to employees of the Promoter or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
	16.		The Promoter reserves its right to alter, amend or foreclose the promotion at any time and without further notice.
	17.		The Promoter is Chocolate Communications of Westminster House, Kew Road, Richmond, Surrey and TW9 2ND on behalf of FT Champs UK Distributor, Upper Deck International BV.
